Are the containers food safe?
Yes. Our ceramic and stoneware storage jars and canisters are made for dry foods such as tea, coffee, sugar, spices and herbs.
Do the lids seal?
The lids sit snugly to keep contents fresh and dust free. They are not vacuum sealed, so keep the contents dry and the jar away from the hob or sink.
Can the jars go in the dishwasher?
Wash by hand with warm soapy water and dry fully before refilling. Hand washing keeps the glaze and any unglazed edges at their best.
How do I display storage jars?
Group two or three sizes together on a shelf or worktop, in one finish or one colour, and leave the labels off. Jars that look good are the ones that stay in reach.
