This is optional for online retail buyers. By creating an account, you will be able to check out faster; save multiple shipping addresses; access your order history; track new orders; and save items to your wish list. You will also be given the opportunity to create an account after you make your initial purchase - all you need to do is add a password.

We accept payment via the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay. We do not currently accept American Express.

In order to guarantee a secure shopping experience, Arkaim Home Ltd uses Shopify technology. Shopify offers maximum security during the payment process, and the information you give on the site will be protected. The order confirmation email will arrive once the order has been placed.

The order confirmation email can arrive up to one hour after placing an order, if it hasn’t arrived within this time, please contact us by email support@arkaimhome.com detailing your case.

Please keep in mind that all incidents reported between Friday 5PM and Monday 8AM will be addressed on Mondays.

Please allow 7-15 business days for your order to arrive. We source products from all over the world to bring you natural, handmade and sustainable pieces. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it! We aim to despatch all available stock within 48 hours on business days.

Delivery of some lighting and larger items, can take up to 35 business days, due to their size, weight and artisan production time lines.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

We take thorough measures to provide accurate images and descriptions of our products, however, we cannot guarantee that the colour, texture, size or shape you see accurately portrays the true nature of the product. This can be due to monitor or mobile displays that have different capacities to display colours.

Please note that handmade products may present colour, shape or pattern variations which are not defects but an integral part of the authenticity of the product. Each handmade piece is one-of-a-kind and can vary slightly from the product images displayed on our website.
