Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Extended Delivery Times (Black Friday – Christmas)
During the busy holiday season, our processing and delivery times may take a little longer than usual. Our small team works hard to prepare and dispatch every order, but high demand across couriers can cause delays, especially for larger items, international shipments, or deliveries to remote areas.

At Arkaim Home, we offer a wide range of natural, affordable homeware from global suppliers. Delivery times vary by product and brand.

 

ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. Custom or out-of-stock items may take longer.

 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Larger items, lighting, or artisan-made products may take up to 35 business days, depending on their size, weight, location, and production timelines.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands or other remote areas may take an additional 14 working days.

We carefully source natural, handmade, and sustainable pieces from around the world—so while your order may take a little longer to reach you, it’s always worth the wait!

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided if available. Orders from multiple brands may arrive separately via different couriers.

 

DELIVERY TERMS

  • Risk: The risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery or first attempted delivery. We are not liable for damage or loss after this point unless items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Delays: While we aim to meet delivery estimates, we cannot be held liable for delays. We will inform you of any significant delays. Refunds for delayed orders are issued once items are returned or confirmed lost by the courier.

  • Undeliverable Parcels: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed collection, we will refund the product cost minus delivery and any additional courier fees.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once dispatched.
